Brandnew Athlete Inc. (“Brandnew”, “We”) is the creator and owner of the Elite Athlete Transformation Program (the “Program”) and the owner of the website www.brandnewathlete.com (the “Website”). Brandnew has developed policies and procedures (the “Privacy Policy”) to protect its Website and Program users’ personal information and to ensure that Brandnew complies with current applicable privacy legislation.
Brandnew reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. As a result, Brandnew requests that you, as a Website or Program user (“you”), read this section from time to time in order to be informed of possible changes in the Brandnew Privacy Policy. If the Privacy Policy changes, and personal information is collected for a purpose that is different from that stated at the time that it was originally collected, the Privacy Policy will be modified and updated as necessary. Brandnew will post all updates to the Privacy Policy on the Website.
TYPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
When you register for the Program, Brandnew will collect your name, email address, your province and country, and your sport. In order to register for the Program you will also be required to create a password (which will only be known by you).
When you register for the Program, Brandnew will collect your (or the entity or person paying on your behalf) credit information in order to process payment for the Program fees. Brandnew uses Stripe to process payments on its behalf.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Brandnew may use the personal information we collect from you for the following reasons: to communicate with you, to deliver information to you regarding the Program and your progress through the Program, or as part of our quality assessment process.
USE OF COOKIES
Brandnew uses cookies, which are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser (if you allow). These cookies enable the site to recognize your browser and, if you have a registered account, associate it with your registered account. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to identify that you’ve logged in to the Program and to tell us how and when you interact with the Website. Brandnew uses cookies to understand and save your preferences for future visits and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. Unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted when you log off from the Program or Website and close your browser. Although most browsers automatically accept cookies, you can change your browser options to stop automatically accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting cookies. Please note, however, that if you don’t accept cookies, you may not be able to access all portions or features of the Website or the Program.

In such circumstances we will provide reasons for the denial to you upon request. We will endeavor to deal with all requests for access and modifications in a timely manner.
Brandnew will make every reasonable effort to keep your personal information accurate and up to date, and we will provide you with mechanisms to update, correct, delete or add to your personal information as appropriate. Having accurate personal information about you enables us to give you the best possible service.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Under no circumstances will your personal information, which Brandnew collects, be communicated or disseminated to third parties, except as provided herein.
In the normal course of business, Brandnew may disclose some personal information to third party service providers and suppliers as needed, and also to Google Analytics, which is used to generate detailed statistics about the Website’s traffic and traffic sources. Google may collect your IP address in order to analyze web traffic.
As such, you agree and acknowledge that the personal information which you submit on the Website or through the Program and which is collected by Brandnew may be transferred outside of Canada and, if you are resident in Europe, the personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Brandnew must also disclose personal information when required by law to do so. For example, if Brandnew is presented with a search warrant or other legal order or if personal information is requested from an investigative body in relation to a breach of the law, personal information may be disclosed.

You acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be accessible to law enforcement and governmental agencies in those countries under lawful access regimes or court order.

Brandnew will keep your personal information for as long as it remains necessary for the identified purpose or as required by law, which may extend beyond the termination of our relationship with you.
